IDF Radio: All Iranian long-range missile batteries destroyed

During the operation on October 26, the Israeli Air Force eliminated all strategic defense capabilities of Iran.

This was reported by the Israeli military radio Galei IDF, citing information from sources in the field of national security.

 As a result of the attack, air defense batteries with long-range missiles were destroyed. The radio station reports that Iran had two such systems: the Russian S-300 and an improved system of its own production.

 In addition, early warning radars were destroyed, the report said. In fact, Iran has only domestically produced short-range systems left.

Iran has lost the ability to use strategic surface-to-air missiles for the next two to three years, says IDF Galley. This is due to the fact that it is allegedly difficult for Tehran to acquire new air defense systems, and it will not be possible to build its own soon.
