Russian spy chief says next peace terms in Ukraine will be tougher

If Russian President Vladimir Putin’s current proposals for a peace treaty with Ukraine are rejected, the next peace terms will be tougher, Russian spy chief and close Putin ally Sergei Naryshkin said on Monday, according to the TASS news agency.

"The conditions on which peace can be achieved and some sort of a peace agreement may be signed will become more complex and tough for Ukraine," he said, replying to a question as to what will happen if Ukraine refuses Russian President Vladimir Putin’s peace proposal.
