Over 20 more civilians have been killed or wounded in the Turkish army's ground and air attacks on Kurdish-held regions in Afrin in Northwestern Aleppo within the framework of Operation Olive Branch on Monday.

The Kurdish-language Hawar news reported that the Turkish Air Force pounded the Central parts of Jandaris region, killing and wounding a number of civilians.

Hawar news further said that a sum of 21 civilians, including seven children, were killed in artillery and missile attacks by the Turkish troops and Ankara-backed militants in the village of Bobanah in Rajou region.

Also, a woman was killed and several more were wounded in the offensive of the Turkish troops on the village of Qarah Tapah in Afrin region.

The sources further said that the forces of Operation Olive Branch pushed the Kurds back from Mount Bafiloun and a village with the same name that were considered as one of the main strongholds of the Kurds, deploying at the gates of Sheran region across from the town of Azaz.
