British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson summoned the Russian and Iranian ambassadors on Thursday to convey what he said was his "profound disquiet" over fighting in Syria's Aleppo.
"I have just summoned the ambassadors of Russia & Iran to convey profound disquiet over Aleppo.
Crucial to protect civilians and deliver aid," Johnson said in a message on Twitter.
