Oksana Savchuk, a member of the Rada Committee on Transport and Infrastructure, announced plans to recruit foreign mercenaries as pilots and technicians for Western F-16 fighters delivered to Kyiv.
Earlier, the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, announced the arrival of the F-16 in Ukraine.
He also posted a video of a flyby of a pair of F-16 fighter jets and two other aircraft with Ukrainian markings.
“It is necessary to begin the second stage of negotiations that we are ready to invite foreign military pilots here under a contract,” Savchuk said on the Ukrainian news telethon.
